Staff Review by Esi S.:

When I first began reading Masked Possession by Alana Delacroix, I was so excited by the incredible world she created. Not only were the characters engaging (and hot!), but her world of supernaturals featured a power I hadn’t imagined before—the ability to look, act, and speak like an entirely different person than your true self.

The ramifications are immense—what are the ethics, the responsibilities? What does it mean to take on the persona of someone of a different gender, race, age? What kind of power can you wield when you live forever and can look like anyone? And of course, when it comes to love, can you ever really trust someone who so easily slips behind a mask?

For Caro Yeats, former journalist and now PR flack for the movers and shakers of the supernatural world, she has the scars to prove how dangerous masquerada can be. The fact that she is half masquerada does nothing to mitigate her distrust and disdain. But when Eric Kelton, the most powerful masquerada of them all, comes to her for help, she’ll have to decide if there’s a way to take the power back from those who would use it for ill.  By joining forces that they’ll discover what true power—and strength—are.

The first in a great new series, I know you’ll love Masked Possession as much as I do!
